The Girdle of Venus

Absent or faint: Unlike the main lines, the absence of the Girdle of Venus is not a flaw. It often indicates a balanced, composed person who is resistant to mood swings. It means inner discipline and a cool judgement of reality.
Clear and deep: The sign of a very emotional and passionate person. Such a person has an enormous need for love and closeness, but can also control their emotions. It shows a rich inner life.
Long: A tendency to be influenced by others. This person may fear loneliness and seek acceptance at any cost. They often have great personal charm that attracts people.
Short: A great empath. Sensitivity to the suffering of others and a desire to help. Such a person understands human emotions well, but is also aware of their own limits.
Broken (made of dashes): A sign of oversensitivity. Emotions may be unstable and reactions to stimuli too violent.
Between Jupiter and Mercury: The life and soul of the party. Optimism, ease in making contacts and a natural ability to adapt to any environment.
Linking Saturn with the Sun: Quite common, and strengthens artistic traits.
Linking Saturn with Mercury: The sign of an intellectual. A passion for learning, literature and art. The mind is sharp and receptive.

The Via Lasciva (Milky Way)

No line: This is rare. If it is absent, it may indicate an ascetic, austere and demanding character. Such a person rarely allows themselves pleasures and can be uncompromising.
Straight and long: A need for constant change and stimulation. Such a person's life can be chaotic and full of novelty, but lacking in stability.
Straight and short: The world of dreams dominates reality. Many plans and fantasies that rarely come true.
Curved and long: Strong hedonism. The pursuit of sensual pleasures, good food and comfort. If the line runs towards the Mount of Venus, it may mean a lack of moderation in enjoying the pleasures of life.
Curved and short: Hidden weaknesses or addictions may harm your health.
Double-forked at the end: The sign of an eccentric. Originality, creativity and a need to be different from everyone else. A search for ideals and a fascination with the unknown.

The Rascettes (Bracelets)

These are horizontal lines on the wrist, just at the base of the palm (usually two or three). In old palmistry it was believed that each of them symbolises 30 years of life.

Parallel and clear: A very good sign. It indicates stability in life, health and realism. It heralds a calm, long life, provided other signs allow it.
Chained (interwoven): The road to success will require effort. Obstacles and hard work await you, but in the end the goal will be reached.
Joined to the Mount of Venus: Social or financial advancement through marriage or the influence of a partner.
Joined to the Mount of the Moon: The call of adventure. A strong need to travel and discover the world, often heralding emigration or frequent trips abroad.

The Health Line (Hepatica)

No line: This is the best news! The absence of a Health Line means a strong body, vitality and no chronic health problems. However, if it appears only on the right hand (and is absent on the left), it may show that we are damaging our health ourselves through an unhealthy lifestyle.
Deep and clear: A warning. The body is delicate and needs constant care. The clearer the line, the more attention should be paid to prevention and looking after yourself.
Wavy: Problems with the digestive system or psychosomatic complaints (stress affecting the body).
Starting from the edge of the hand: Health was weak in childhood, but grows stronger in adulthood thanks to taking care of yourself.
Broken: A risk of sudden illnesses or periodic dips in form.
Forked at the ends: An interest in medicine or healing. Such a person intuitively knows what is good for health and can help others.
Touching the Life Line: A dangerous signal. It means weakened vital energy and a tendency to overtax the body.
