Terms of Service

This is an English translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version of these Terms is binding.

1. The subject of the order is the performance of the service selected by the person placing the order, as described on this website.
2. The offer is addressed exclusively to adults who are fully aware of the choice they are making.
3. All services described on this website are performed on the basis of esoteric knowledge and the methods derived from it, which are not perfect and have their limitations. The person using the service must be aware of this.
4. The content obtained through the services offered on this website represents a symbolic way of looking at certain matters and is intended to give the person using the service an opportunity for reflection or entertainment.
5. All decisions and actions inspired by the content obtained through the services offered on this website are taken by the person using them at their own responsibility.
6. The services offered on this website cannot be treated as a substitute for legal, financial, medical or psychological advice.
7. Withdrawal from the contract and complaints:
   Due to their nature, the services offered on this website are not subject to complaints or refunds. The Client acknowledges that, in accordance with Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, if the performance began with the consumer's express consent before the end of the withdrawal period. By ordering a reading, the Client gives such consent.
8. The order for a written reading is deemed to be placed on the date the payment reaches my account.
9. The personal data of the person using the service, as well as any other information necessary to perform the service, are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone.
10. By accepting these Terms, I consent to the processing of my personal data provided in the contact form for the purpose of receiving a reply to my enquiry and receiving information related to my enquiry by e-mail. I acknowledge that:
    • The controller of my personal data is Fortune Teller Beti (Wróżka Beti).
    • Providing the above personal data is voluntary, and the legal basis for processing is my consent, which I may withdraw at any time.
    • The data will only be disclosed to entities entitled to obtain personal data under the law.
    • Personal data will be processed for as long as they are needed, but no longer than until consent is withdrawn.
    • Detailed rules for data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.

11. A written order is completed within a maximum of 72 hours from the moment the payment reaches my account. This period may, however, be extended in the event of force majeure (e.g. illness, technical failure, etc.).
12. Readings by e-mail have been available since 5 September 2005.
13. The owner of this website is not liable for problems resulting from improper use of the service or from a misunderstanding of the nature of the services offered on this website.
14. The owner of this website is Fortune Teller Beti (Wróżka Beti).
15. Fortune Teller Beti (Wróżka Beti) is the artistic nickname of the person entitled to use it and to provide answers.
