I respect the privacy of everyone who visits my website. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is collected, processed and protected.

1. Data Controller

I process the data you voluntarily provide when using the forms on the website:

• Ordering services: first name, last name, date of birth, e-mail address and a description of your problem/question. This data is necessary to perform the fortune telling service and to contact you.
• Adding reviews/dreams: name (or nickname), e-mail address (not published) and the content of the entry.
• Contact: the e-mail address provided in the contact form.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (preparing the reading) or your voluntary consent.

3. Technical data and server logs

When you use the website, the server automatically records system logs. These include, among other things:

• your IP address,
• the server date and time,
• information about your web browser and operating system.

This data is used for technical purposes only (server security, attack detection, visitor statistics) and is not combined with your personal data (name/surname).

4. Cookies

The website wrozenie.com uses cookies to ensure that it works properly. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.

• Necessary cookies: to maintain the session (e.g. the anti-spam/captcha mechanism in forms).

Readings are sent directly to your e-mail and are not archived publicly after the service has been performed.
