Line of Mars, Children, Relationship and Intuition Lines

The Line of Mars

It runs parallel to the Life Line, on the inner side of the Mount of Venus. It is often called "the guardian angel line" or "the second life line".

No line: Means the body has standard resistance. This is not a bad sign - simply that there is no extra "support".
Only on the left hand: An innate, strong physical constitution and a natural resistance to illness.
Only on the right hand: A warning. The body may be exhausted and the reserves of vital energy low. It is worth taking care of yourself.
Long and delicate: May indicate weaker mental or physical endurance in the face of long-term stress.
Long and deep: A tendency to live at full throttle. Such a person often overtaxes their strength, drawing on deep reserves of energy.
Short and sharp: Quick reflexes and the ability to recover in a flash. Reactions are violent but effective.
Long, encircling the whole Mount of Venus: A sign of powerful protection. It is said that such a person will come out of any trouble unscathed thanks to the care of higher powers.
Joined to the Life Line at the start: Courage and a fighting spirit. Such a person does not give in to adversity.
Starting from the Heart Line: The ability to heal emotional wounds. Getting back on your feet quickly after disappointments in love.
Reaching all the way to the wrist: Iron health and the promise of a long life in good shape.

The Relationship Lines (Marriage Lines)

They are found on the edge of the hand, below the little finger (the Mount of Mercury). It is worth remembering that not every line means a formal marriage - often they are deep emotional relationships that have left a mark on our soul.

Faint or absent: May mean no lasting, deep relationships at a given time of life, or less importance attached to formalising relationships.
One long and clear line: The promise of a great, lasting love and a stable relationship for life.
Many small, crossing lines: A stormy emotional life. Many flirtations, inconstancy in love or difficulty finding "the one".
Two parallel lines: May suggest leading a double life or being emotionally torn between two people.
Curving upwards (towards the finger): A relationship based more on reason or benefits than on passion. It often means no wedding.
Curving downwards (towards the Heart Line): A very emotional relationship, sometimes toxic or unhappy. It may mean widowhood or separation.
Long, reaching under the Sun finger: A very favourable sign. Marriage to a famous, wealthy or exceptionally talented person.
Forked at the end (a "fork"): A risk of separation or divorce due to a difference in character.

The Children Lines

These are small vertical lines above the Relationship Lines. In palmistry it is accepted that for women they are read on the right hand (if it is dominant), while for men the left hand is often looked at.

A clear, deep line: Traditionally associated with the birth of a boy or of a child with a strong, dominant personality.
A thinner, delicate line: Traditionally associated with the birth of a girl.
Lines close together: Children born a short time apart.
Lines far apart: A bigger age difference between the children.
Many small lines: May simply mean great parental potential or a love of children in general, not necessarily many biological children.
Two lines forming the letter V (inverted): Twins.
Touching the Girdle of Venus: An exceptionally strong emotional bond with the children, great parental love.
A long line reaching the Mount of Mercury: The child will have outstanding intellectual abilities or will succeed in life.

The Intuition Line

It forms an arc on the Mount of the Moon (the outer edge of the hand) or runs towards Mercury. It appears in people gifted with a "sixth sense".

An arc on the Mount of the Moon: Strong intuition, psychic abilities, prophetic dreams. Such a person "feels" more than others.
Running to the Mount of Mercury: Intuition combined with intelligence. The ability to draw accurate conclusions in a flash, insight in business and relationships.
Starting from the Mount of the Sun: Susceptibility to influence. This person may find it hard to make decisions on their own and look for support from authorities.
Linking the Sun with Mercury: An inner conflict. A struggle between logical thinking and the voice of the heart and instinct.
